Eagle Point is located just 12 miles from Medford on the way to Crater Lake. The community enjoys the conveniences of the "big city" and the warmth and friendliness of small town life. Known as "The Gateway to the Lakes," Eagle Point is also home to a world class golf course and the Eagle Point National Cemetery.
With two museums, a covered bridge, three parks, and many historic buildings in town, history plays a big part of this community. It is a rural community of farms, dairies and ranches. While Eagle Point is experiencing a growth "boom," it still maintains its community spirit and "home town" atmosphere.
White City is an unincorporated community, named after Camp White. Some of the most prestigious river front properties are located in White City. It is ever growing and provides plenty of horse property. White City is home of the Southern Oregon Speedway and The VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics facility that has 600 residential rehabilitation beds and a Primary Care/Mental Health outpatient department.
